There are two ways to contact customer services - either by telephone or by raising a support ticket. Instructions are provided below.
By telephone
Please call our customer services team on 0808 164 2111, which is a freephone number.
The customer services team is available between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
By raising a support ticket
If you are trying to contact us outside of our customer service opening hours, or if you would prefer not to speak over the telephone, please contact us by logging into your customer portal and raising a support ticket. Instructions on how to do this are shown below. If you need help logging into your customer portal, instructions can be found here.
1. After logging in to your customer portal, click Help on the navigation bar on the left hand side of the page.
2. This will open our Help Portal in a new tab. At the top right of the page, you will see an option to "Send Us a Message". Click on this.
3. Click on the drop-down to select the most appropriate category for your query.
4. Add an appropriate subject for your message.
5. Type the body of your message into the Description field.
6. Once you are happy with your message, click "Submit" to send it to us securely. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
