If you have accessed your support area whilst logged in to your GB Bank Customer Portal then please be aware that your login to this area will remain active even if you have previously navigated away from the site. This is for a limited period of time, and only on the machine from which you have accessed the support area. It is necessary for us to strike a balance between security and ensuring that a customer creating a support message isn't logged out too soon.
