In some instances, customers will be asked to upload documents during the application process to help us to verify their identity. We are aware that customers will not always have these to hand, so we provide the opportunity to log back into your customer portal and upload documents at a later time.
You would do this by logging into your portal and going to the Applications tab, where you should see an "Upload Documents" button against your open application.
However, the "Upload Documents" button is only available for 48 hours, after which it will be removed from the application tab.
If this has happened to you, please contact our customer services team who will be able to issue you with a new link via email. Please upload your documents within 48 hours of receiving this email.
