If you are already logged into your customer portal and need to change your password, you can do so by accessing the Profile menu and selecting Security Settings > Change Password.
You can then follow the guide below, starting from step 2.
If you are not currently logged in to your customer portal, you can change your password by following the steps shown below:
1. Go to the GB Bank login page and click on the Forgot Password link, as shown below:
2. In the screen that this takes you to, enter the email address associated with your GB Bank account and click Continue.
3. As the below screen indicates, you will have received a 6-digit verification code to your email address. Please enter this and click Verify.
4. Once you have verified the code sent to your email, you will be taken to a screen which allows you to set up your new password. Please ensure you follow the password requirements - once you have four green ticks and have re-entered your new password in the second box, you can click Verify.
That's it! You have successfully changed your password and can log back into your portal using this new password.
