As an existing GB Bank Savings customer, you will be able to log into your customer portal to check details of your account, apply for new products, or change your personal details.
Please follow the guide below for details on how to log into your customer portal.
1. Visit the GB Bank Website.
2. At the top right of the page you will see a Login button - hover over this and click on "Savings Customers"
3. You will be taken to the page shown below. Enter your login credentials into the appropriate boxes - this should be the email address and password that you used when opening your account.
Click Log In.
4. After clicking log in, you will be taken to the screen below. You will also have received a text message to your mobile phone which contains a six digit code.
Enter the code into the box provided and click Verify.
You should now be logged in to your GB Bank Customer Portal. If you have any problems accessing your portal, please do the following:
- Check that the email and password that you entered are the same as the ones that you set up at login
- Check that the 6-digit code that you have entered is the same as the one on your text message
- If you don't receive a code, you can click "Resend code" to have another code sent to you
